Delivery, Return and Refund Policy

Delivery Information

All orders are processed for next day delivery across the UAE. We offer delivery from Monday – Saturday. Any order placed on Saturday after the cutoff time will be delivered next working day.

Cutoff time for next day delivery is 11am.

It is not possible to specify the exact delivery time. We will notify you once your order has been handed over to the carrier. You will get a text/call from the carrier on delivery schedule.

All Emirates

  • Free delivery on orders over AED 50, otherwise delivery fee of AED 20 applies.
  • Order before 11am for next day delivery, after midday for next working day delivery.
  • Remote areas delivery charges within the UAE attract extra delivery fees.

Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for compromised delivery due to the following reasons: 

  • Incorrect delivery address. We deliver to the exact address you indicate upon checkout. Please make sure all the information is correct before submitting your order.
  • Contact unreachable. We ask you to provide a valid phone number when placing an order. This is for the carrier to be able to reach you in case they cannot find you at the delivery address. We cannot guarantee this will lead to a successful delivery, but it will decrease the chances of delivery failure. 
  • snacFruits.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Returns

We always want our customers to be 100% happy with our products. However, we don’t accept returns as we offer food products, except in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivery.
  • Expired, defective or damaged product.

Replacement and shipping cost are covered by us. Products must be in the original condition that you received it, sealed and unused. It must also be in the original packaging.

In addition, we don’t offer returns or replacement:

  • If products is opened or not in the original condition as delivered.
  • If you change your mind after delivery.
Cancellation and Refund

Customer can cancel their order before dispatch confirmation – within 1 hour for next day delivery and within 12 hours for next working day delivery; refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Order that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and refund will not be honored.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need replacement for the same item, send us an email at hello@snacfruits.com.
