The limited availability of sugar free dried fruit dug a purpose of meaning within me to promote the growth of west African agriculture and to introduce premium Dried Fruit to Dubai and UAE market.
As a farm owner, I understand the indepth of manpower required to operate a farm in West Africa due to the lack of infrastructure and little or no access to resources. Drying fruits helps to reduce food wastage, preserve naturally sweetened fruits while also enabling staff retention and productivity.
